The Director of Hospice and Home Health is responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of both departments across a large service area with an average daily census of 400 Home Health and 100 Hospice patients. The Home Health and Palliative Care Director will have 9 direct reports and lead 133 FTEs consisting of Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and other support staff.

In this comprehensive role, the Director of Hospice and Home Health is responsible for hiring and firing of staff, developing continuous improvement projects, and shaping the long-term growth of the department. The ideal candidate has several years of progressive leadership experience in both Home Health and Hospice with large caseloads.
