A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare workforce organization is seeking an Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Marketing to lead its next phase of growth. This executive will be responsible for building a national enterprise sales engine, evolving the organization’s market positioning, and driving expansion into integrated workforce solutions. This is a high-impact, confidential search for a senior commercial leader who can move the business from transactional staffing toward long-term, strategic workforce partnerships with major health systems and national healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales Leadership • Build and lead a national enterprise sales organization across multiple service lines, including travel nursing, allied staffing, physician/locum tenens, specialty clinical staffing, and workforce solutions • Expand relationships with large health systems, IDNs, and national healthcare organizations • Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority enterprise clients • Increase penetration within existing enterprise accounts and drive cross-platform sales • Lead the shift from transactional engagements to long-term workforce partnerships Workforce Solutions Strategy • Drive the evolution from staffing provider to integrated workforce solutions partner • Develop scalable, solution-based selling frameworks for enterprise clients • Build offerings that combine staffing, advisory services, analytics, and program management • Establish value propositions centered on labor cost optimization, workforce stability, and clinical access • Ensure continued excellence in core staffing delivery and service execution MSP / ITO Workforce Solutions • Lead commercial strategy and growth for MSP (Managed Service Provider) and ITO (Integrated Talent Operations) offerings • Position the organization as a strategic workforce program operator and advisor • Expand share of client workforce spend under management • Develop integrated service models combining vendor management, staffing delivery, and workforce analytics • Build a differentiated go-to-market strategy for workforce management solutions Marketing Strategy, Brand Positioning & Candidate Acquisition • Oversee marketing strategy to support enterprise growth and brand positioning • Reposition the organization as a strategic workforce solutions partner within healthcare • Partner with sales on account-based marketing and targeted growth initiatives • Develop executive-level messaging and thought leadership around workforce strategy and healthcare labor economics • Strengthen brand visibility among health system executives and decision-makers • Lead marketing efforts supporting clinician acquisition and workforce supply, including: • Expanding awareness across clinician audiences • Increasing engagement and pipeline quality in key specialties • Improving conversion and supporting recruiter productivity • Building scalable programs to sustain long-term workforce supply Ideal Profile • Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or related services • Track record of building and scaling enterprise sales organizations • Experience selling into large health systems and complex healthcare environments • Strong understanding of MSP, VMS, or workforce program management models • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a high-growth, performance-driven environment Qualifications: • Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred • Senior sales leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams • Background in healthcare staffing, services, or related sectors • Experience selling into health systems and C-suite stakeholders • Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS and workforce solutions • Salesforce proficiency • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion • Executive presence with board-level communication skills • P&L ownership of $300M+ preferred Compensation and Benefits: • $290,000 - $350,000 (based on experience) • Annual bonus (based on company performance) • Medical, Dental, Vision.
