VP of Marketing - CityBook Services, Full Time - US Hours
The Role
We’re hiring a Vice President of Marketing to build and lead a modern marketing function during a critical growth phase in a real estate and professional services environment, enhanced by technology. You will define how the company goes to market as it expands and rolls out new, tech-enabled offerings.
This is a hands-on builder role—own strategy, execute key initiatives, and turn marketing into a measurable driver of pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Do
Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Build and manage the marketing foundation: brand, website, and tech stack
Launch and scale demand generation across content, digital, and paid channels
Own SEO and emerging AI-driven discoverability strategies
Partner with Sales to drive pipeline creation, conversion, and enablement
Develop scalable growth channels (partners, referrals, campaigns)
Track performance through clear KPIs tied to the pipeline and ROI
What You Bring
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership
Proven success in building or scaling a marketing function
Strong expertise in demand generation, content, and digital marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
