Mothers to Daughters (M2D) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering women across generations through leadership and entrepreneurship training, educational workshops, and networking opportunities. Through intergenerational mentorship and community service, M2D advances gender equality, fosters leadership, and equips women to drive social and economic change in their communities. Position Overview:
Mothers to Daughters is seeking dedicated and passionate volunteers to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission forward. We offer a variety of meaningful opportunities to get involved, whether your strengths lie in mentorship, event planning, marketing, community outreach, operational support, or beyond.
No matter your expertise or background, your unique skills can make a valuable impact. From guiding the next generation of women through mentorship, to helping organize empowering events, to amplifying our message through marketing and outreach, there’s a place for you here.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):
Provide mentorship and guidance to young women
Assist in planning and executing community events
Support marketing and social media initiatives
Engage in outreach efforts to expand our community network
Contribute to operational tasks to ensure smooth program delivery
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new ideas
Qualifications and Skills:
Passion for mentorship, women’s empowerment, and leadership development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
Experience in event planning, marketing, fundraising, or program coordination is an asset but not required.
Commitment:
Serve at the organization for 1 year.
Attend all monthly meetings and key organizational events as required.
Approximate time commitment: 5-10 hours monthly
