At Compleat KiDZ, we're passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families through high-quality ABA therapy. We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Visiting BCBA to join our team in North Carolina for 6 months to 1 year!
This role would require you to reside in North Carolina for the 6 month to 1 year duration

What You'll Do
Maintain a direct caseload of learners
Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs
Serve as the on-site clinical leader-training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs
What You'll Need
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities
Ability to pass a background check
