About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Virtual Early Learning Coordinator to lead curriculum development and online training initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned curriculum for virtual early learning programs. Create and deliver high-quality online training modules for early childhood educators. Design interactive virtual activities and resources that promote child development and engagement. Collaborate with a team of educators and instructional designers to ensure curriculum consistency and excellence. Research and integrate best practices in early childhood education and online learning pedagogy. Develop assessment strategies to evaluate student learning and program effectiveness in a virtual setting. Provide ongoing support and coaching to educators utilizing the virtual curriculum and training resources. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital education. Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum and training development. Contribute to the overall strategy and vision for the organization's virtual learning initiatives. Requirements Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong focus on curriculum development and/or instructional design. Proven experience in developing and delivering online training or professional development for educators. Expertise in child development principles and age-appropriate learning strategies. Proficiency with various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Moodle). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging training materials. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment. Creative thinker with a passion for innovative educational approaches. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team. Experience with multimedia content creation is a plus.
