Tasks include:
• Finding remote ServiceNow and SaaS support jobs
• Organizing applications in spreadsheets or Notion
• Finding recruiters on LinkedIn
• Tracking responses and follow-ups
• Finding contract opportunities
• Identifying staffing firms and remote-friendly companies
• Organizing recruiter pipelines
Target roles include:
• ServiceNow Support Analyst
• Junior ServiceNow Admin
• Technical Support Engineer
• SaaS Support Engineer
• IT Operations Analyst
• Enterprise Support Analyst
Requirements:
• Strong English communication
• Experience with LinkedIn and remote job platforms
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience supporting tech job searches preferred
