Virtual assistant for an it services industry in the us (home based part time)

Administrative and Calendar Management • Manage daily calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and speaking engagements • Coordinate appointments, reminders, and follow-ups • Provide general administrative support as needed Social Media and Online Presence • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging Website Management • Update and maintain website content (blog posts, events, announcements) • Ensure website is current, functional, and visually aligned with brand Marketing and Promotions • Assist with advertising campaigns (social media ads, promotions, etc.) • Support bulk book sales initiatives and outreach • Manage purchasing of books from publisher’s printing house and distribution • Help develop and execute marketing strategies Press and Media Support • Create and maintain press kits (bio, media assets, speaking topics) • Draft press releases • Assist with outreach to media and podcast hosts • Coordinate podcast guest bookings and speaking opportunities Content and Graphic Creation • Design graphics for social media, presentations, and promotions • Assist in creating presentations for speaking engagements • Repurpose content (blogs, videos, quotes, etc.) Podcast and Speaking Coordination • Research and pitch podcast opportunities • Manage outreach and follow-ups with podcast hosts • Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements
