Position: Virtual Assistant (Dubsado Experience)

About the Role
The Boutique COO is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a client who requires hands‑on experience with Dubsado
, a CRM and workflow automation platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is comfortable working independently.
You’ll be joining a fast‑growing team that supports entrepreneurs and founders with operational excellence. The position starts at 20 hours per week and may expand to 40 hours as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client projects and meet deadlines
• Perform virtual assistant tasks including scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, and data entry
• Use Dubsado to manage workflows, forms, and client communications
• Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities
• Apply critical thinking to suggest improvements or alternative strategies
• Maintain organization across multiple tasks and deadlines
Required Qualifications
• At least 6 months of experience using Dubsado
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to create plans from open-ended tasks
• Experience in project and process management
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Additional Requirements
• Must be U.S.
-based (California residents are not eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years freelancing experience
• Not currently enrolled in school or working a full‑time W2 job
