Job Description:
• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
• Handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
• Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
• Provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products
• Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Guide and provide consultation regarding client travel policy
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of the various travel industries supported
Requirements:
• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Strong skills in GDS Amadeus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
