This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and expanding our VIP program in Canada. You’ll work closely with high-value customers, creating exceptional, tailored experiences that build loyalty and long-term engagement.
We are looking for a VIP Manager to lead the development and management of our VIP customer base in Canada. You will own relationships with high-net-worth players across our online sportsbook and casino, delivering a best-in-class, personalised service.
This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong understanding of VIP engagement, a passion for the gaming industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships that drive retention and value.
Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000
This role can be based in Toronto Remote. The internal job title is VIP Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value DAZN Bet customers
Deliver a proactive, personalised, and seamless VIP experience to drive loyalty
Build strong, long-term relationships through regular and meaningful engagement
Develop detailed customer profiles to tailor offers, rewards, and experiences
Ensure compliance and Responsible Gaming principles are embedded in all interactions
Monitor customer activity and provide insights, reporting on satisfaction and product feedback
Offer bonuses, gifts, and hospitality in line with business and regulatory guidelines
Represent DAZN Bet by hosting and attending VIP events and hospitality experiences
Meet and exceed defined productivity, quality, and SLA targets
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to optimise VIP campaigns and offers
Support the mentoring and development of VIP Hosts within the team
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-end customer service, VIP, or account management role
Strong knowledge of the online gaming / sportsbook / casino industry (essential)
Proven ability to manage high-value clients and deliver exceptional service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly personable, confident, and relationship-driven
Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel or similar tools
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Understanding of marketing and customer lifecycle strategies (preferred)
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends where required
Willingness to travel (~25%) for events and customer engagement
