We’re hiring a 2-person video team to support a 3-day conference shoot in Nashville. This is a professional B2B event environment. We have regular shoots like this and are looking for a long time partner.
For this job, you’ll be capturing two primary types of content:
1. Customer testimonials filmed in a presidential suite (more controlled, polished setup)
2. Podcast-style interviews filmed on the conference floor inside a branded activation space (glass-walled pod, active environment)
We are specifically looking for a 2-person team:
- 1 videographer upstairs working closely with our team during testimonial interviews
- 1 assistant downstairs managing podcast recordings and being available for quick-turn content / B-roll
Equipment Requirements (must bring all gear)
You must provide your own full kit. At a minimum:
For testimonials:
- 3-camera setup (interview-style)
- Wireless lav mics + backup audio (boom or second lav)
- Professional lighting kit (key, fill, hair light)
- Tripods and full support gear
For podcast setup (conference floor):
- 2-camera setup (locked angles)
- 3–4 mic podcast setup (table mics or equivalent)
- Audio recorder / mixer
- Compact lighting setup
- Ability to manage audio in a noisy conference environment
Deliverables
- Raw footage only (we will handle all editing)
- Synced audio
