Responsibilities
• Lead national retail sales strategy for vacuum‑sealed, precision‑cooked product lines
• Build and manage a high‑performing sales organization, including regional leaders, account managers, and brokers
• Drive retail growth by developing strong partnerships with major chains and overseeing negotiations, trade spend, and joint business plans
• Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, Operations, and Supply Chain to align innovation, forecasting, and execution
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and represent the brand at key industry and culinary events
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of sales leadership in food manufacturing, focused on selling into retail stores.
• Background in premium, refrigerated, or prepared foods
• Proven track record launching and scaling products in retail
• Strong leadership, strategic, and negotiation abilities
• Working with culinary teams, and building brands in natural and conventional retail channels a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
Salary: $160k – $175k + bonus / sales incentive plan
