• *Vice President of Capital Raising - Ohio/Remote
A private equity real estate investment management firm specializing in value‑add and core‑plus multifamily acquisitions, along with select ground‑up developments is looking to bring on a Vice President of Capital Raising to their team. You will be responsible for expanding the firm's investor network and supporting capital formation efforts across multiple real estate and private equity offerings. The ideal candidate has deep relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and private wealth channels and can contribute to building and expanding the firms investor network for multifamily real estate offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong track record, a thoughtful approach to sourcing capital, and the ability to navigate the multifamily real estate market.
• *The Vice President of Capital Raising will be responsible for:
• Build, deepen, and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and wealth management platforms.
• Raise capital for individual multifamily assets and fund vehicles
• Present opportunities with clarity, transparency, and technical depth
• Conduct meetings with prospective investors and respond confidently to real‑estate‑specific questions (especially multifamily).
• Identify new networks, channels, and warm introductions through creative and proactive sourcing
• Maintain strong stewardship of the firm's existing investor community, focusing on long‑term trust, consistent communication, and repeat participation.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate deal representation and a smooth subscription process.
• Serve as a credible, trusted face of the firm across investor interactions, events, and referral‑driven settings.
• *The Vice President of Capital Raising should have:**
• Demonstrated success raising capital for real estate or alternative investments
• Existing network of HNW individuals, family offices, RIAs, or private wealth groups
• Strong reputation built on integrity, substance, and long‑term relationship‑building.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to create opportunities-rather than waiting for inbound.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort representing a lean, entrepreneurial team.
• Prior experience raising common equity for multifamily
• Experience navigating wealth channels where deeper due diligence and multi‑meeting cycles are required.
• Exposure to emerging wealth pockets or high‑opportunity markets.
