Vice President Human Resources ($145-160K Basic, Plus Great Bonus and Benefits) Multinational TMT Company

VP HR US East Coast Global Cloud / Telecom / AI-Powered Digital Services A high-growth international technology business is seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on VP HR to partner directly with senior leadership during a major phase of global growth and operational scaling. The company delivers white-label cloud storage, AI-powered digital experience and subscriber engagement solutions to telecom operators globally, supporting millions of users across international markets. This is not a corporate “process HR” role. My client is looking for a credible, resilient and dynamic HR leader who can operate at pace inside an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment, someone commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, highly adaptable and comfortable working closely with demanding senior stakeholders. The Opportunity: You will lead and evolve the people function across a growing international organisation, partnering with leadership on: • Organisational scaling and transformation • Leadership coaching and stakeholder management • International people operations • Talent strategy and retention • Performance management and culture • M&A integration and organisational change • Building scalable HR infrastructure without bureaucracy This role requires someone who is: • Hands-on and execution-focused • Diplomatic but confident enough to challenge when needed • Calm under pressure • Commercially astute • High-energy and self-directed • Comfortable in ambiguity and growth environments • Able to build trust quickly across different personalities and cultures Experience Required: • VP HR / HR Director / Global HR leadership experience • Experience within technology, SaaS, telecoms, cloud, digital platforms or international growth businesses • Strong exposure to scaling organisations internationally • Experience supporting founder-led or entrepreneurial leadership teams • Able to operate strategically while remaining deeply operational • Strong EQ, judgement and communication skills • Must be a self starter, good diplomatic skills, but also able to hold their own with stakeholders Location: US East Coast preferred.
