We are currently welcoming motivated individuals to join our remote team as a Vacation Planning Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients with exploring vacation opportunities, coordinating trip arrangements, and helping ensure every detail is prepared for a smooth travel experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and building skills in a growing industry. From tropical escapes and cruise vacations to family trips and international journeys, you'll help travelers navigate their options while working from the comfort of home. No prior travel experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities Work with clients to identify vacation preferences, travel goals, and budget expectations Research destinations, resorts, cruises, guided tours, and travel experiences Present customized travel options based on client interests and timelines Assist with coordinating lodging, airfare, transportation, activities, and vacation packages Support travelers with itinerary planning and travel-related information Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online communication channels Coordinate booking requests and reservation details with travel suppliers Monitor booking status, confirmations, and itinerary updates Maintain organized client files and accurate travel records Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry developments Qualifications Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or client support Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment Comfortable using web-based applications, email, and online tools Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Must be at least 18 years of age Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions Previous industry experience is not required; training is provided What We Offer Fully remote work environment Flexible scheduling options Comprehensive onboarding program Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship Access to travel supplier partnerships and professional booking resources Travel-related incentives and industry perks Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive team culture focused on learning and professional development
