We are expanding our remote travel support team and seeking detail-oriented professionals to assist with itinerary coordination and client reservations. As a Travel Designer, you will support clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while providing professional, organized service in a fully remote environment. Structured onboarding and ongoing team support are provided. Responsibilities: • Help families choose vacation destinations, resorts, and activities. • Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and excursions. • Provide recommendations for family-friendly experiences. • Manage reservations, documentation, and payment processes. • Maintain clear and supportive communication with clients. Qualifications: • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. • Comfortable working remotely and independently. • Interest in family-oriented travel planning.
