Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise healthcare hunter with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving CIOs, CMIOs, Chief Data Officers, Product Leaders, and Quality/Clinical leadership teams. This role requires navigating 6–12 month sales cycles, formal RFP processes, executive-level positioning, and solution-led selling across digital engineering, data platforms, interoperability, and clinical technology initiatives. This is an opportunity to build enterprise healthcare relationships within a high-growth digital engineering organization with strong global delivery leverage and expanding healthcare specialization. You will play a critical role in scaling Impelsys’ US healthcare presence and shaping long-term strategic accounts. Target enterprise customers include large healthcare providers and health systems, national and specialty healthcare associations and registries, enterprise life sciences and CRO organizations, established healthcare technology and medical device companies, and growth-stage as well as scaled digital health platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
• Own and drive enterprise new logo acquisition across US healthcare
• Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned to multi-million-dollar revenue targets
• Lead full enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months), including RFPs and executive negotiations
• Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers to position Impelsys as a strategic digital partner
• Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft differentiated proposals
• Develop strategic account plans for long-term expansion
• Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
• Represent Impelsys at enterprise healthcare industry events and executive forums
• You will lead enterprise sales of Impelsys’ healthcare-focused digital and data capabilities, including:
• Clinical data registries & quality measurement platforms
• Interoperability & FHIR/HL7-based data exchange solutions
• Digital engineering & Custom healthcare platform development
• Cloud migration & modernization (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Data engineering, analytics, and AI-enabled healthcare insights
• EHR/EMR integrations and workflow-enabled clinical applications
• Platform engineering for regulated healthcare products
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 5 years selling into US healthcare
• Demonstrated success selling complex digital engineering, cloud, data, or platform-led solutions
• Strong understanding of global/offshore delivery models
• Experience navigating large healthcare buying committees and regulatory environments
• Comfort leading long-cycle, high-value enterprise sales engagements
• Executive presence with the ability to engage CIO, CMIO, CDO, and VP-level stakeholders
• Self-starter with disciplined pipeline management and forecasting rigor
