About Nexus Nexus Brand Group is a fast-growing digital growth agency that partners with emerging and high-profile consumer brands to take their businesses to the next level across Amazon and other top marketplaces. We manage over $350M in annual Amazon sales, driving strategy, execution, and performance for brands like Stanley, Calvin Klein. We're aiming to be the most trusted and top-performing agency in the Amazon ecosystem. To get there, we need ambitious, strategic thinkers who act like owners, love solving big problems, and want to make a visible impact at a fast-paced company that's building something special. The Role: Senior Growth Manager As a Senior Growth Manager, you're the quarterback of a portfolio of high-profile client accounts. You drive the strategy, make key business decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and directly influence revenue and marketplace outcomes for some of the most recognizable brands on Amazon. This is a senior-level, highly visible role with deep ownership of full-funnel paid media — including advanced sponsored ads management and Amazon DSP — alongside catalog, pricing, and growth strategy. You'll be expected to operate independently, mentor junior team members, and bring a sophisticated point of view to every account decision. Your judgment, strategic insights, and leadership will shape how our most important clients grow and win. If you love data, have a knack for spotting opportunities where others see chaos, and have already proven yourself running large, complex Amazon businesses — this is the seat for you. What You'll Be Doing You'll serve as the primary strategic partner and business owner of your accounts. That means: • Leading the business: You'll set the priorities, create annual and quarterly growth plans, and own performance outcomes against revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets. • Owning paid media strategy: You'll architect full-funnel media plans across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP — balancing branded vs. non-branded, awareness vs. conversion, and PPC vs. DSP investment to hit growth and ROAS goals. • Making key decisions: You're in control of pricing, assortment strategy, promotional plans, expansion opportunities, and media allocation across markets. • Working cross-functionally: You'll partner with creators, advertisers, operations, analysts, and external sellers or agencies to bring ideas to life — and you'll provide direction to junior Growth Managers and PPC specialists supporting your accounts. • Communicating with impact: You'll be the point of contact for senior client stakeholders (often Director, VP, and C-suite) — keeping them confident, informed, and fired up about how we're growing their business. • Continuously solving problems: When business challenges arise (inventory, ad performance, competition, pricing, Buy Box, etc.), you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and lead the way forward. You'll Be A Great Fit If You... • Think like a founder and own the numbers • Have run sophisticated PPC and DSP programs at scale and can speak fluently about both • Thrive on collaboration but know when to take charge • Balance creativity and structure, strategy and execution • Love data and are obsessed with insights that drive action • Enjoy building senior-level client relationships and can present ideas with conviction • Are naturally curious and always looking for what's next • Enjoy moving fast in a rapidly changing environment • Can simplify complexity and keep others focused on what matters • Have mentored or developed more junior team members Requirements Experience • 5+ years managing Amazon accounts (Vendor or Seller Central), including 3+ years in a senior or lead role • Track record of owning $20M+ in annual Amazon revenue across one or more brands • Advanced, hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) — campaign architecture, bidding, targeting, and optimization at scale • Strong working knowledge of Amazon DSP — audience strategy, deal types, funnel design, and reporting; direct hands-on DSP management strongly preferred • Demonstrated fluency with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud) reporting and how to apply NTB, frequency, and path-to-conversion data to media decisions • Experience leading client growth strategy, not just executing tactics • Deep familiarity with Amazon catalog, pricing, promotional mechanics, and Brand Analytics • Experience working across both 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) is a plus Skills • Highly analytical wit Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
