We’re looking for a Traveller Support Agent to assist an international clientele and help deliver smooth, high-quality travel experiences.
Your role:
Support travellers in real time, manage requests and unexpected situations, and ensure excellent service throughout their journey.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years in customer support or hospitality in the travel industry
Fluent French & English required. Additional languages, are a plus
Passion for travel and global destinations
Empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
Flexible working hours
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking under pressure
Confident using CRM and operational tools
