Job Description:
• Switchboard - answer phones using our software (computerized) to direct incoming calls to the correct department or staff member.
• Document all incoming calls in our CRM Software.
• Order Brochures for shipment to main office
• Mail out Welcome to the Travel Agency packet
• Send out Customer Service support emails and texts for follow up
• Work Airline Schedule changes
• Onboard New Clients in our CRM - Customer Relation Management
• Offer our sold clients our preferred Park and Fly hotels
• Setting Call Back Appointments for our travel advisors
• Building proposals called Travefys to share information on destinations with our guests.
Requirements:
• Passing a background check
• Must have private and safe wifi connection
• Quiet work area - no pet or children's or other distracting noises while working
• Monday - Saturday availability - Please provide your work availability between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm during these days.
