What You'll Do
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, goals, and preferred experiences
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Present customized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel arrangements
Support clients throughout the planning and reservation process
Communicate professionally through email, phone, and virtual communication platforms
Work with supplier partners to confirm reservations and travel details
Maintain organized records of client information, itineraries, and bookings
Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, and special promotions
Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive client relationships
What We're Looking For
Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, or client support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Comfortable using online tools, email, and web-based applications
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
