Job Description:
• Source and engage Travel Nurses and Allied clinicians nationwide
• Manage candidate pipelines from outreach through placement
• Submit qualified clinicians to active travel assignments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the placement process
• Maintain organized tracking of candidate pipelines and submissions
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of recent Travel Nurse or Allied healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success placing clinicians into travel or contract roles
• Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms or healthcare staffing clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a remote environment
