As a Travel Customer Success Coordinator, you'll work closely with clients throughout their travel journey, providing support, answering questions, and helping ensure every trip is planned with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Support clients throughout the vacation planning and booking process
Gather information about traveler preferences, interests, and travel objectives
Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, excursions, and transportation options
Recommend travel experiences that align with client needs and expectations
Assist with reservations, itinerary coordination, and trip organization
Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, travel documents, and important updates
Help manage itinerary revisions, travel changes, and special accommodations
Track upcoming departures and help ensure arrangements are finalized accurately
Maintain organized client records and communication history within company systems
Participate in training programs, supplier education, and professional development activities
