Research destination information, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options using company-approved resources
Confirm travel details and booking information to help ensure a smooth reservation process
Provide exceptional client support by answering questions and offering solutions tailored to individual travel needs
Communicate effectively through email, phone conversations, and digital messaging channels
Assist with reservation revisions, travel schedule changes, and service-related requests
Maintain accurate customer files, travel records, and booking documentation
Participate in remote training programs, team collaborations, and continuing education opportunities
