We're looking for a Training Manager who is passionate about shaping the next generation of ABA professionals and elevating the quality of care we deliver to our clients.
Requirements
- BCBA (preferred); master's degree in ABA or Certified RBT (required)
- Minimum 3-5 years ABA experience, including supervisory or training experience
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical standards, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, translate feedback, and convert business needs into actionable training strategies
- Comfortable with video modeling, virtual coaching and remote performance evaluations
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective in a remote work environment
- Moves quickly and collaboratively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable internet and a private, professional workspace
