EFESO. Real results, Together Role: Our TPM Consultants play a key role in delivering EFESO’s world-class Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and operational excellence programs. This role blends deep technical understanding of maintenance & reliability with strong facilitation, coaching, and change-management skills. You will work directly with client leadership, supervisors, and frontline teams to diagnose performance gaps, design TPM roadmaps, and implement the pillars that drive breakthrough results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. This is a hands-on consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in industrial environments, enjoys coaching teams, and is passionate about building sustainable operational capability.
