Position Overview

The Third Shift Remote Customer Solutions Representative is a pivotal role within careerzynith’s customer experience ecosystem. Working the 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM shift, Tuesday through Saturday, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, dispatch coordination, and support inquiries. This role blends high‑volume phone interaction, precise data entry, and strategic dispatching to ensure that the right technician reaches the right job at the right time. While the position is fully remote, you will attend an initial on‑site training session in McHenry, IL, to master our proprietary software platforms and align with careerzynith’s service standards.
