This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will lead testing strategy and execution while also supporting requirements analysis to ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, testing expertise, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities, including planning, execution, and reporting across all test phases
Develop and oversee test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams, ensuring proper resource allocation and execution
Conduct current state (“as-is”) analysis to understand existing business processes, systems, and constraints
Define future state (“to-be”) processes and requirements in alignment with business and technical goals
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, meetings, and JAD sessions
Develop and document business requirements, use cases, and user stories
Create business context diagrams, process flows, and data flow diagrams to support requirement validation
Identify and assess the business impact of system and application changes
Ensure traceability between business requirements and test coverage
Oversee defect management processes, including tracking, prioritization, and resolution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for requirements documentation and testing practices
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager on large-scale IT projects
Strong experience leading end-to-end testing efforts and managing multiple test phases
Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management processes
Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
