**Job Summary**
As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working in a fully remote, temporary role that will begin in June 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and make a real impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
* Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
* Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
* Other duties as assigned
**Experience/Education/Skills**
* Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting
* Basic computer proficiency required
* Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
**Schedule/Pay**
* Monday – Friday, 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
* Pay up to $16.18/hr
