Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and benefits compliance solutions, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative Role** As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing positive customer service and technical expertise to clients during catastrophe relief efforts. You will learn our account management systems and apply the latest customer service techniques to improve the customer experience during a difficult time. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you must have: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * The ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues * Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process **Computer and Network Requirements** To perform this role, you will need: * A computer with the following operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home * A headset (preferably with a microphone) * A private network connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi) * A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net) * A QRM laptop/computer will not be provided; you must have your own computer for the role **Desired Characteristics** We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
