This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Patent Prosecution team known for its deep technical expertise—featuring professionals with advanced degrees across computer science, engineering, and scientific disciplines. The team works closely with high-growth startups, Fortune 500 companies, and leading innovators to develop strategic, end-to-end IP solutions.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications across cutting-edge technologies
- Contribute to overall patent strategy and portfolio development
- Conduct technical and legal research related to USPTO matters
- Support PTAB and litigation-related patent matters
What We're Looking For
- Background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in patent prosecution
- Exposure to drafting/responding to Office Actions is a plus
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and communication skills
- USPTO registration not required
