I run a fast-growing tech and lead-generation business that builds automated inbound conversion systems for clients.
The business is scaling, and I am currently stuck in the weeds doing administrative setup, domain connections, and client onboarding. I need a highly capable Technical Virtual Assistant to take over the entire technical onboarding process so I can focus on sales and strategy.
You will be the bridge between our finished system and the client. You will take the completed builds, connect the plumbing (DNS, GHL, Make.com, WP), and liaise directly with the clients (or their IT representatives) to get their domains and emails connected properly.
What You Will Be Doing:
Domain & DNS Management: Configuring A records, CNAMEs, TXT records, and ensuring proper email deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup: Creating sub-accounts, connecting domains, setting up pipelines, calendars, and importing snapshots.
WordPress Management: Cloning sites, basic site setup, and ensuring the webhook/forms are properly communicating with our CRM.
Make.com Automation: Checking and testing basic Make.com scenarios to ensure data is passing correctly between WordPress and GHL.
Client Communication: Emailing clients or their IT guys directly to provide DNS instructions, troubleshoot connection issues, and confirm when their system is live.
Who You Are:
You have deep, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and WordPress.
You understand DNS settings like the back of your hand. If a domain isn't propagating, you know exactly how to check why.
You have excellent, professional written English. You will be talking directly to my clients' IT departments, so you must be able to communicate clearly and authoritatively.
You are a problem solver. If a Zap/Make scenario breaks, you look at the logs and fix it rather than waiting for me to tell you what to do.

Hours & Pay:
This will start as a part-time/project-based role (approx. 10-15 hours a week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we scale our US campaigns.
