**Responsibilities:**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate records and enhance customer experiences
* Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues and exceed customer expectations
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's offerings
* Delivering expert customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions, exceeding customer satisfaction targets
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of our customers
* Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer skills and navigation
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet-based applications
* A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with the option to use a work computer provided by arenaflex
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred, but not required
