If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can grow and thrive, we invite you to join our team! **What You'll Do** As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers and assisting them to the best of your ability. You'll provide top-tier support, educate customers on system installation and use, and assist in troubleshooting. You'll also use your problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns.
