We're committed to providing an exceptional experience for our members, and our Customer Service Content Strategy team plays a critical role in making this happen. **The Role** As a Technical Content Designer on our Customer Service Content Strategy team, you'll work closely with program managers, visual designers, and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to edit and manage content for the arenaflex Help Center and internal customer service knowledge base for our global CS teams. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the support experience for our members and customer service agents, helping them navigate technical issues in a clear and simple way. **Responsibilities** As a Technical Content Designer, you'll be responsible for: * **Leading large complex editorial projects** from start to finish, including setting content strategy, goals, timelines, and reporting. * **Creating and editing Customer Service content**, including Help Center and internal knowledge base articles, customer service emails, and other support materials. * **Ensuring consistent content style, tone, and format** meet the evolving expectations of a global audience. * **Partnering closely with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams** to ensure seamless collaboration and effective content delivery. * **Creating, maintaining, and updating style guides and editorial training** to ensure consistency and excellence in content creation. * **Leveraging multiple data sources** to provide data-driven analysis and content recommendations that drive business results. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **A BS/BA degree** in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or Technical Writing. * **5+ years of relevant experience** in technical writing, editing, project management, or a related field. * **Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communications skills**, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content on time. * **Extensive technical or UI writing experience**, with a strong understanding of how to communicate complex technical information to a consumer audience. * **Experience writing for different platforms**, such as computer, mobile, or TV. * **Experience with information architecture and content management systems**, with a strong understanding of how to organize and manage content effectively. * **Desired qualities**, including independence, self-starter mentality, innovative thinking, curiosity, action-oriented approach, strong relationship-building skills, superior communication skills, including storytelling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * **Annual salary**, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. * **Comprehensive benefits**, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. * **Paid leave of absence programs**, including 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. * **Flexible time off**, available to full-time salaried employees. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a unique culture and environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.
