The Business Operations team at careerzynith acts as the connective tissue that holds the entire Technology organization together. Our team brings together professionals from engineering, product, design, operations, and support, working collaboratively to drive strategic alignment, prioritization, and financial stewardship across the business. Within this ecosystem, the Technology Planning and Analytics team is responsible for developing flexible evaluation frameworks that shape how work gets prioritized, sequenced, and integrated into the broader technology roadmap.
As a Tech Data Analyst I, you will partner closely with leaders across the organization to build analytical models, design interactive dashboards, and automate processes that enable smarter, faster decision-making. Your work will span cost modeling, sequencing and dependency planning, prioritization frameworks, and taxonomy buildout — all of which play a critical role in shaping the future of the company.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
At careerzynith, we believe that great work deserves great rewards. For this position, the hiring range in California is $77,300 to $103,600 per year, and in New York is $81,000 to $108,500 per year, based on a standard 40-hour work week. The number of scheduled hours may vary depending on business needs.
The final base salary offered will take into account internal equity, the candidate's geographic location, relevant work experience, skills, and other factors. In addition, a performance-based bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included as part of the total compensation package.
