Savvy is looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to help keep their hiring engine running smoothly as they scale. The role involves owning interview coordination, ATS management, scheduling logistics, reporting, and process improvement across GTM & EPD.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent operations, or a similar operational role
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Deep expertise ideally in Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Experience managing complex scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and operating with a high level of ownership
- Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Excel
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and operational efficiency
