Our mission is to turn a potential user into a Y customer, and we are responsible for all the products and services (such as onboarding, KYC, identity and etc.) that make this happen.</span></span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span><span style="color: rgb(41, 42, 46)"><span style="font-weight: bold">Responsibilities:</span><br></span></span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>Prepare artifacts for development: use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, process diagrams</li> <li>Maintain high-quality project and software design documentation and analysis<br></li> <li>Integrate research, team ideas, and feedback into solution requirements<br></li> <li>Participate in grooming sessions and facilitate discussions to identify technical solutions<br></li> <li>Identify various possible business scenarios and document them<br></li> <li>Analyze root causes of business issues and develop appropriate resolutions<br></li> <li>Utilize feedback to improve work and build on previous learnings<br></li> <li>Contribute to the development of a product roadmap<br></li> <li>Create and define tasks based on requirements and ensure they are properly aligned with project objectives<br></li> <li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Requirements</span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>3+ years experience as a Business/system analyst is required<br></li> <li>Backend experience is essential<br></li> <li>Experience in integration analytics, understanding of client-server interaction fundamentals, principles of web service operation, and comprehension of API, REST, OpenAPI terminologies<br></li> <li>Understanding of databases, and independent creation of SQL queries is required<br></li> <li>Experienced in creating detailed system specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts<br></li> <li>Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation<br></li> <li>English proficiency at B2 level or above is required; Russian is a plus.<br></li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication<br></li> <li>Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities<br></li> <li>Good understanding of agile methodologies</li> <li><span style="color: rgb(41, 42, 46)">Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(41, 42, 46)">Good facilitator — able to drive requirement sessions, ask the right questions, and align stakeholders</span></li> <li><span style="color: rgb(41, 42, 46)">Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to loosely defined problems</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Our Benefits</span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li><span>Competitive compensation package.</span></li> <li><span>21 days off and 10 sick leaves annually.</span></li> </ul>
