This role reports into the above mentioned office, however NORR offers all of its employees the opportunity to work either from home, from a NORR office or even from a remote location. The choice is yours.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in the development of architectural designs, to ensure that the solution delivered meets quality parameters, project timelines and budgetary requirements
Performs code research, material and building systems
Prepares drawings, models and renderings, following office standards
Prepares and coordinates presentation materials to ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
Assists in tracking and reviewing shop drawings, schedules, samples, progress payments, alternate requests and project change documents to ensure all project documentation is accurate and complete
Follows safety requirements when in the field
Required Skills
Education: You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary Architectural program
Technical: Design and rendering software skills; e.g., Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Knowledge: Architectural design and presentation techniques; basic permit and building codes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Required Experience:
0-2 years of project work experience
Experience in Industrial projects is an asset
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 /annually
