This is a remote position. Job Summary IMAV Learning Academy Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its institutional footprint across India and is seeking Strategic School Partnership Leads to drive school onboarding initiatives. This role involves working directly with school leadership—including Principals, Directors, and Trustees—to introduce and implement NEP 2020-aligned skill-based programs in Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and IoT. It is a relationship-driven, outcome-focused role suited for individuals who can engage decision-makers and convert institutional partnerships. Work Model Remote / field-based (depending on candidate location) Flexible working structure Outcome-driven engagement model Why Join IMAV Learning Academy Opportunity to work directly with school leadership across India Contribute to implementation of NEP 2020-aligned education models Be part of a fast-growing EdTech ecosystem Build a scalable network of institutional partnerships Requirements Candidate Profile This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in: School partnerships / institutional sales Academic coordination or outreach in the education sector Business development (EdTech, training, or services) Direct interaction with decision-makers in schools or organizations Preferred Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities Relationship-building and negotiation skills Self-driven and target-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and build relationships with school leadership (Principals, Directors, Trustees) Present IMAV’s academic offerings as structured, curriculum-aligned institutional programs Drive end-to-end school onboarding, including partnership discussions and MOU closures Coordinate with internal teams for demos, academic presentations, and onboarding processes Support activation of student batches within partner schools Maintain and nurture long-term institutional relationships for repeat engagement Benefits Compensation Structure (Important) This is a 100% commission-based role (No fixed salary).
