Role Overview

HIAS is seeking an experienced consultant to design a comprehensive Staff Care and Wellbeing Framework that meets the needs of its employees and is aligned with humanitarian best practice. The consultant will review existing staff care and wellbeing practices, conduct consultations with key stakeholders, and design practical initiatives, materials, and guides to support staff across the globe.

What You Will Do

The consultant will assess existing staff care and wellbeing practices, conduct consultations with key stakeholders, and design a coherent, practical, and sustainable approach to staff care and wellbeing. They will propose practical initiatives, materials, and guides that can be implemented across diverse settings and meet the needs of employees across the globe.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience designing staff care, wellbeing, or psychological support initiatives in humanitarian organizations, a strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches, and excellent facilitation, analytical, and writing skills.
