Job Title: Sr. Specialist (Remote) Job Description The remote Sr. Specialist, Instructional Design is responsible for managing end-to-end processes as lead designer to effectively design and develop adult classroom facilitator-led and self-paced materials. This position manages training materials, including new-hire, continuing education, or maintenance needs to support client or internal programs and ensure superior workforce preparation. In fact, about 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within! That’s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned.  WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE      As a Sr. Specialist working from home, you will:       Develop and maintain training materials for participants and facilitators, containing learning objectives, activities, content based on top call drivers, and performance measurements             Collaborate with peers to propose creative learning solutions when developing training materials for different audiences             Identify and provide improvement recommendations to lesson specifications, including, but not limited to, suggesting alternative delivery methods/approaches              Interact and lead discussions with multiple key stakeholders to solicit input on the needs of the program and vision for classroom delivery strategies             Mentor peers by conducting peer reviews for other Instructional Designers             Lead learning initiative projects while driving consistency within the core team members             Create onboarding material, a development SharePoint site for content creation, and other supporting documentation for projects             Lead or collaborate with business stakeholders for analysis and build a redesign curriculum map as needed (for example, changing the overall flow based on top call drivers to improve efficiency or reduce training time)             Lead Trainer the Trainer teach backs (course demo); synthesize, clarify and follow-up on feedback             Oversee implementation, organize and consolidate feedback from multiple sources, conduct performance analysis to validate effectiveness of training material post-development, and update the material accordingly             Request/access, read and interpret reports to perform analysis, including trending performance gaps and recommending a learning solution             Actively research and stay current on industry trends to recommend innovative techniques to improve the current standards             Provide additional support or act as a backup to the Instructional Design Manager when he/she are out of the office, including, but not limited to: Oversee, coordinate, prioritize, assign, and monitor work assignments among team members within targeted effort hours and timelines Lead problem resolution and escalations, and guide team members to use critical and creative thinking to identify and apply sound business solutions to achieve customer satisfaction"                          YOUR QUALIFICATIONS    Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Sr Specialist (Remote) role include:  Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 3 - 5 Years of Experience preferred             Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.             Strong attention to detail.             Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to take initiative             Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.             Proficient in  Microsoft Office.             Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.                       Proficient in content development tools (ex: Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 and Vyond)             Proficient in photo and audio editing software (ex: Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Paint, Adobe Audition and Audacity)             Effective presentation skills, including creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning techniques         Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence     WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU    One of our company’s Culture Beliefs says, “We champion our people.” That’s why we significantly invest in our game-changers, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers.
