Role Overview
The Senior Program Regional Lead – Skilling & Partners (EMEA) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving alignment between global skilling strategies and regional execution. This role operates within a complex, matrixed environment to ensure effective delivery of partner skilling initiatives and measurable business impact.

Core Functions
Design and implement regional skilling frameworks aligned to global priorities
Drive execution of partner skilling initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes
Manage stakeholder coordination across global, regional, and partner teams
Define and track performance scorecards (certifications, adoption, engagement)
Lead skilling campaigns, prioritization, and pipeline management
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program impact
Lead and mentor Program Managers to ensure delivery excellence
Key Responsibilities
Align regional target plans with global strategy
Identify and resolve execution gaps across regions
Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives
Monitor and report on success metrics including certifications and adoption

Qualifications
Required:
7+ years of experience in program management / partner ecosystem / skilling
Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities
Preferred:
3+ years in people management
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Jira
