Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, the Sr Accounts Payable Analyst serves as liaison between various departments and customers in order to address business concerns related to Accounts Payable, while ensuring compliance with BHSF policies, procedures, and established controls. This position will assist AP leadership with reporting, statistics, auditing of all AP transactions, leading automation campaigns and specials projects as assigned. Main focus will be to ensure processes are properly executed and setting processes in place to avoid as many errors as possible by AP staff. Recommends re-training of staff as needed based on audit findings. Estimated salary range for this position is $53531.16 - $69590.51 / year depending on experience.

• Experience with accounting analysis and ERP reporting a must.
• Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA) or Certified Purchasing Card Professional (CPCP) required.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written), be a self-starter, detail oriented and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines and be able to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft software preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (GAAP) and research of technical accounting issues required.
Minimum Required Experience: 3 YearsDegrees:
