Tasks
Digital Communications Execution
• Execute donor communications across email, SMS, app push, and other owned channels in support of concept centers.
• Build and deploy promotional and transactional messaging tied to scheduling, appointment management, visit preparation, and digital health steps.
• Translate journey requirements and functional needs into CRM campaigns, triggers, and automations.
Activation & Optimization
• Support campaign QA, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
• Partner with Analytics and Experience teams to review performance and support ongoing optimization.
• Help ensure communications support both marketing engagement and operational readiness.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the App product team to align communications with feature releases and UX flows.
• Partner with CRM platform teams (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to enable accurate and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure messaging accuracy, clarity, and regulatory alignment.
• Support the cross-functional project team during concept pilots and testing phases.
Qualification:
Required
• 4–6 years of experience in digital communications, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience executing email, SMS, and app-based communications.
• Experience supporting both promotional and transactional messaging.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
• Collaborative working style and ability to partner closely with technology and product teams.
Preferred
• Experience supporting digital product or app-based communications.
• Exposure to regulated or high-consideration consumer environments.
• Experience with campaign testing, QA, and performance monitoring.
