Overview
Park Slope Center is seeking a dedicated OLP Supervisor/Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) services as well as provide clinical guidance to PSR and CPST providers within the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. This is a fully remote, part-time position offering high flexibility, making it an ideal role for licensed clinicians seeking meaningful, adaptable work. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care by conducting evaluations and providing clinical oversight to our field staff.
Responsibilities
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to OLP, PSR, and CPST staff.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnose behavioral health conditions.
• Review and approve individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans and progress notes.
• Ensure all services and documentation meet Medicaid, CFTSS, and agency compliance standards.
• Support staff with clinical case consultation and crisis intervention strategies.
• Collaborate virtually with families, treatment teams, and community providers to coordinate care.
Qualifications
• NYS Licensure Required: LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. (LCSW strongly preferred to provide supervision across all service lines).
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience working with children, youth, and families.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Must practice within the scope of NYS Education Law.
• Knowledge of CFTSS/Medicaid documentation standards is a plus.
• Mandated Reporter training required.
