Conduct thorough risk assessments for international businesses and individuals to determine their insurance needs.
Utilize expertise and judgement to evaluate and manage complex risks for clients in various international markets.
Collaborate with brokers and clients to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
Stay up-to-date on international insurance market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities.
Analyze data and financial reports to make informed decisions on underwriting policies and premiums.
Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information about policies and claims.
Monitor and manage policy renewals and adjustments.
Continuously review and improve underwriting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Mentor and train junior underwriters to develop their skills and knowledge.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
