Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Field Canvasser. The Solar Field Canvasser will engage with prospective customers, effectively communicate the benefits of transitioning to solar energy, and answer any questions they may have. Responsibilities include canvassing residential neighborhoods, providing exceptional customer service, and educating the community about the company’s solar solutions. The role also involves tracking outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records, and participating in team training to maximize effectiveness and professional growth.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in canvassing and the ability to navigate residential neighborhoods effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse individuals and address inquiries
• Customer service skills to provide a positive and informed experience for potential clients
• Willingness to participate in team training and continuously improve outreach strategies
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to meet targets independently
• Previous experience in renewable energy or solar installations is a plus
• Access to reliable transportation for field activities
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
