Momentum Solar, a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Solar Consultants. This role involves meeting with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to explain and facilitate the purchase of solar energy solutions. The company provides comprehensive training and coaching, focusing on developing essential skills, mindset, and work ethic rather than prior experience. Consultants attend 8-10 appointments weekly, with all appointments pre-set and confirmed by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting. The company emphasizes a supportive environment with a high appointment success rate and invests significantly in each appointment to ensure consultant success.
Responsibilities
